A18: For servicing, you must bring your TV to our office at 6th-floor LilyRin Tower (beside Shimanto Square), House-39, Dhanmondi – 2, Dhaka -1209, Bangladesh. The service process takes a minimum of 7 to 30 working days. Our service hours are Sunday to Thursday, from 11 AM to 4 PM.

Q19: Will partial payments be refunded?
A19: If a partial payment was made and the issue is due to a mistake from the customer, we’re unable to offer a refund for that payment. However, if the error is on our side, we’ll happily return the partial payment. Please note, we do keep the delivery charge to ensure the security of the product during the process, but the rest of the payment will be refunded.
